Introduction

Social standing and economic growth true measure for overall development of an individual and group. With the combination of various components like education, income, occupation any districts, state or country can be scale to measure the overall growth and development. With the geographical area of 1, 55,707 sq. km rank as the 9th largest State in the country. With 30 districts and 58 sub- division, Odisha provides 60% employment from the agriculture sector.

Method

Data Collection: is one of the important step after understanding the problem statement when it’s open, to come with the right set of data for decision make decision out of various database and source is first correct path which always should be correct.

Data Preparation: Raw data is not for analysis and storytelling need to processed and prepare as per the requirement.

Process: Apply right set of algorithm and perform iterative approach to come with the right result out of various method.

Measuring various component and each one is essential to take decision is challenging task and so with the districts of Odisha. Total household, literacy, Urban population, occupation and growth rate are measure components to give the weighted RANK to districts which explain overall development and growth of Districts.

Conclusion:

Odisha districts are very different to each other in some of districts more urban population lives whereas in some district no urban population at all. Sex-Ration and percentage mix of gender in worker is good but need more imporovement in literacy.

Khandhamal, Puri, Balangir, Cuttak, Baleshwar, Malkangiri and some more district grow well in past some year as per the analysis of CSO and Census various other Open Data.
