Portugal is a small country in southern Europe, by the Atlantic, where people love to eat cod fish. Now only that, it also has a large number of universities offering courses in medicine and in dentistry (note that the population is only 10 million).
In the plot above you see the regions where there are universities with Med Schools. Yellow regions means there is one university there, green means that there are two universities in that region with Med schools. Only universities in continental Portugal were considered.
