This report compares key metrics from Adobe Analytics to the comparable metrics from Google Analytics for a single site from 2016-08-23 to 2016-11-20. For each metric, a boxplot shows the median, quartiles, and outliers of the daily difference between Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics for the metric. A line chart shows the actual values reported for the metric from both platforms. And, another line chart shows the % difference between the results for each day (with the Adobe Analytics value as the basis).
This report was built using R, and the code used to built it is available here on Github. It can readily be customized to accommodate additional metrics as needed.
The mean daily difference between the two platforms was 17.8 unique visitors / users. The median daily difference was 14.5 unique visitors / users. The boxplot below shows the median, quartiles, and outliers for the analyzed timeframe.
