Intro text

The Open Government & Open Data movement stirs my imagination as the analyses of the dataset can be used to influence and impact the lives of people to enhance their quality of life by bringing about relevant changes in government policy. Here an attempt is made to study the influence of Demographic data from year 2008 on LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES INDEX (2009).
