Intro

Calcium stones is one of the most common stone problems present in the kidneys or ureters. Identifying the aetiology is really important to prevent and treat this condition.

This Dataset has 79 urine analysis which has these variables: presence of calcium oxalate, ph, urea level, calcium level, specific gravity, conductivity of the urinea and osmolarity of it. Note: not all variables have been properly studied in this analysis.

Main Points

  • Relation between Calcium and Presence of calcium oxalate
  • what is not relational to calcium oxalate?

A possible realtion between the level of calcium in urine (can be reflected in blood) and presence of calcium oxalate

A decision tree from calcium and urea level to predict the presence of calcium oxalate in urine

High PH of urea is not related to calcium oxalate presence
