Welcome to my world, where I showcase selected projects that demonstrate my skills and interests in data analytics, data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning. These projects reflect my ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards, analytical tools, and predictive models.
The portfolio brings together different applications developed using technologies such as R, R Shiny, Tableau, and machine learning techniques. Each project addresses a practical analytical problem, from exploring business performance and antimicrobial prescribing patterns to analysing climate indicators and predicting cholera outbreaks across Kenyan counties.
In the sections that follow, I present an overview of each project, highlight its key features, and provide screenshots to demonstrate the visualizations and interactive capabilities. Links to the live applications and dashboards are also included, allowing you to explore the projects firsthand.
The goal is simple: to demonstrate how data can be transformed into actionable insights that support informed decision-making and solve real-world problems.
This project showcases RadaR, an interactive web-based application developed using R Shiny for analysing diagnostic and antimicrobial prescription patterns among hospital patients. The dashboard allows users to explore antimicrobial usage, defined daily doses (DDD), days of therapy (DOT), patient characteristics, and treatment outcomes. It also provides interactive filters and visualizations to identify trends, assess prescribing practices, and highlight areas where antimicrobial stewardship interventions may be needed.
The application uses simulated patient data for demonstration purposes and does not contain real patient information.

This project presents an interactive Cholera Early Warning System designed to analyse and predict cholera outbreak patterns across Kenyan counties using machine learning and climate-related indicators. The dashboard integrates historical cholera cases, deaths, rainfall, temperature, vegetation, and drought indicators to identify potential relationships between environmental conditions and cholera outbreaks.
It provides interactive data exploration, visual analytics, statistical inference, correlation analysis, and machine learning forecasting to support early detection of potential outbreaks. The system aims to generate insights that can help public health professionals anticipate cholera risks, identify vulnerable counties, and support timely public health interventions.
The dashboard covers all 47 Kenyan counties and supports analysis of historical outbreak patterns, climate associations, and future outbreak risk over a 2–4-week horizon. It also allows users to upload their own surveillance datasets or explore the sample dataset. The application is designed to support data-driven decision-making and strengthen cholera preparedness and early warning efforts.
