One aspect that is good about this Hate crimes data set is that all the names within the rows are not all mixed up. What I mean by this is that after they write one set of names, they then move on to the next. Another aspect of this data set that is good is, they make it clear what PD code each Bias motive is. I can’t think of any negative aspects of this data set because this is a really good one.
Moving on, one path that I would like to study about this data set is what every law code and offense means so that I can see how it relates to each offense. In addition to that, I also want to understand how the crime rates and the kind of crimes differ from one borough to another. I would also like to understand the crime rate and the type of crime change over time.
