Academic Background

In undergrad I studied sport coaching and earned a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Sport Leadership and Management in 2025. I also got a minor in Sport Analytics. I started pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Analytics the fall of 2026 at Xavier. University.

Now that I am in grad school, I am a Graduate Assistant Data Analyst for Xavier Women’s Soccer and in the Office of Strategic Priorities.

Experience in R

I used the R programming language for many of my projects while earning my minor in Sport Analytics but that had a very different application than this course. My experience primarily resides around regression and k-means clustering.

Experience with other analytic software

I do not have a lot of other experience… I had one class in undergrad in python but I would not say I know it well. I also used Power Bi for my interning position at Jacobs Engineering.
