Introduction myself
Hello! My name is Anh Quan Le, and I am a first-year student in the Master of Science in Business Analytics program at Xavier University. I am from Vietnam, and this is my first time in the United States.People often say I have a knack for various little talents, most of which stem from my personal hobbies. For instance, I play the guitar and was even a member of my high school band. Additionally, I enjoy pencil carving; this hobby helps me improve my focus and patience while allowing me to take a break from my phone.

- B.A. Business Administration (09/2022 - 04/2026) - Foreign Trade University (Graduated) I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Foreign Trade University (Vietnam’s leading institution for economics and business studies). I graduated with a GPA of 3.83/4.00, ranking third in my department, and was awarded scholarships for academic excellence on three separate occasions during my undergraduate studies. Additionally, I hold the CFA Level I certification (scoring 1670/1900). I am also passionate about data analysis and have completed relevant courses and earned certifications through DataCamp and my university.

- Equity Research Intern - FPT Securities: 10/2024 - 12/2024 My internship experience has been primarily in the finance sector. I interned at FPT Securities (October 2024 – December 2024) as an Equity Research Intern, where I analyzed corporate financial statements—focusing mainly on the real estate sector—to draft preliminary investment recommendation reports for the company’s social media page. At the end of my junior year, I interned at HDBank (June 2025 – September 2025) as a Credit Re-appraisal Intern. In this role, I analyzed financial metrics and the credit history of corporate clients to determine whether to extend credit and, if so, the appropriate amount. This experience fostered my passion for data analysis and motivated me to pursue the MSBA program at Xavier University.
Experience with R
R: Beginers I was introduced to R for the first time in this course and am working on improving my skills so that, by the end of the course, I will be proficient in using R at a basic level.
Experience with other analytic software
Python: Intermediate I have completed several Python-related courses on DataCamp, so I am quite proficient in using the language. I am currently working on Python projects to further enhance my skills.
SQL: Intermediate I gained exposure to SQL during my university coursework and became quite proficient in it. Additionally, I proactively enhanced my SQL skills by participating in specialized courses organized by the university.
Stata: Advanced I have experience using STATA for projects during my university coursework. Additionally, I have participated in academic research at the university, where I used STATA to process data for the study.
Smart PLS-SEM:Advanced I am highly proficient in using Smart PLS-SEM for data analysis. I have experience applying this tool in both academic research papers and my own graduation thesis. Additionally, I have assisted with Smart PLS-SEM data analysis for various other research projects.
