5 Pyramids of Giza Ancient wonders The oldest of the classic wonders, roughly 4,500 years old.
6 Taj Mahal Ancient wonders White marble mausoleum completed around 1653.
7 Great Wall (Mutianyu) Ancient wonders A section of the wall built during the Ming dynasty.
8 Sydney Opera House Modern icons Opened in 1973, famous for its sail-shaped shells.
