About Me

Hello! My name is Hugo Chavarria. I am a senior student at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), majoring in Business Analytics. I am originally from Mexico and currently live in San Antonio, Texas.

In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, running, listening to music, and learning new things. I am interested in business, technology, and data analytics.

Academic Background

I am currently studying Business Analytics at UTSA. Throughout my studies, I have taken courses related to statistics, finance, management science, data management, and business analytics.

My goal is to continue developing my analytical and technical skills and use them in my future career.

Professional Background

I have worked at McDonald’s for approximately four years. During my time there, I have developed experience in management, operations, customer service, and leadership.

My responsibilities have included helping manage employees, creating schedules, inventory management, deposits, and supporting the daily operations of the restaurant.

Experience with R and Data Mining

I am still developing my skills in R and RStudio. I have used R for statistical analysis, working with datasets, creating models, and completing assignments for my analytics courses.

I am interested in becoming more comfortable with R and learning how it can be used for data analysis and business decision-making.
