Approach

Overview:

I will be analyzing a dataset that contains information about employee attrition.

I plan to compare data to find the strongest correlations that would help organizations develop retention strategies. I will use summary statistics and visualizations to identify patterns and compare attrition rates across different employee and workplace characteristics.
