Decision-Making Framework
How scoring works. Every proposal receives a score in each of the five categories below. A −99 in any category is a veto — the proposal cannot proceed until that objection is resolved. A 1 is neutral: no significant harm or benefit identified. A 2 marks a clear positive. A 3 signals a positive-sum, generative, or self-reinforcing upside. A strong proposal has no vetoes and at least one — preferably several — 3s.
