Application Portfolio · BCG TDA · Offer Management

Where business execution meets applied AI.

I am applying for the Working Student role in Offer Management because the position sits exactly where my profile is strongest: structured go-to-market work, stakeholder coordination, event execution, knowledge assets, reporting and AI-supported productivity.

Why this role fits

BCG TDA needs someone who can turn complex offers into clear assets and coordinated execution.

BCG need

Offer management support

Prepare, structure and maintain offer materials, primers, playbooks and internal enablement content.

My evidence

Built go-to-market assets from zero

At Çamsan Ordu, I developed product catalogues, sales presentations, campaign frameworks, showroom communication materials and distributor-facing content across channels.

BCG need

Internal event and workshop organisation

Support seminars, internal showcases, workshops and logistics across multiple stakeholders.

My evidence

International fair and stakeholder coordination

I coordinated INTERMOB Istanbul participation, including agency communication, content preparation, logistics, on-site execution and management-facing updates.

BCG need

Reporting, tracking and analysis

Maintain dashboards, support revenue or fund tracking and translate information into decision-ready summaries.

My evidence

KPI, CRM and performance reporting

I prepared management reports, campaign analysis, CRM/process documentation and market research outputs. I am now strengthening this with R, BI thinking and data analysis in my master’s programme.

BCG need

GenAI-enabled productivity

Use AI tools proactively to improve speed, structure and output quality.

My evidence

AI is already part of my operating system

I use ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity for research structuring, drafting, document review, content systems and workflow acceleration. This application page itself is an example of that mindset.

Visual evidence

Not only claims — concrete examples of concept work, execution leadership and AI-supported self-presentation.

Çamsan Ordu stand concept to execution portfolio sheet

From concept to execution: stand, event and brand experience ownership

This work is directly relevant to BCG TDA's event, showcase and offer-enablement environment. It shows my ability to move from abstract concept to physical execution while keeping brand message, stakeholder coordination and visitor experience aligned.

What it proves: event planning, visual communication, vendor/agency coordination, deadline discipline, executive-facing presentation and ownership from idea to delivery.

For a Working Student role, this means I can support materials and logistics not only as an assistant, but as someone who already understands how complex communication assets become real outcomes.

A simple operating model for TDA support: understand, structure, produce, coordinate, improve.

Quickly map the offer context, stakeholders, existing materials, naming conventions and internal expectations.

02 · Structure

Turn scattered inputs into clean frameworks: playbooks, overviews, trackers, event briefs and reusable templates.

Prepare high-quality slides, summaries, knowledge assets and communication materials with strong visual clarity.

04 · Coordinate

Follow up reliably, keep deadlines visible and align internal contributors, agencies or stakeholders.

05 · Analyze

Track KPIs, updates, revenue or fund information and translate data into decision-ready snapshots.

06 · Improve with AI

Use AI to speed up research, QA, versioning and content refinement while keeping judgment and accuracy human-led.

First 90 days
01

Learn & map

Understand TDA offers, internal stakeholders, workflows, event formats, IP structure and reporting expectations.

02

Contribute & build

Take ownership of defined asset updates, support offer material production, prepare event documents and maintain trackers.

03

Own & improve

Run recurring support tasks independently and propose small improvements to templates, dashboards and AI-assisted workflows.

I do not see this role as a student job. I see it as the first serious step into the consulting, technology and AI-enabled transformation world I want to build my career in.
