About Me
Hi, I’m Keith Ryan Concepcion, a graduate student pursuing my MSBA at CSUCI. My current objective is to develop strong data analytics skills. My career goal is to leverage analytics in any environment I work for.
Academic Background
I’m currently pursuing my Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) at CSUCI. I am still building my technical foundation, but I am motivated to keep learning and improving throughout the program.
Professional Background
I have experience in Program Security Work, currently serving as a Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) at AdvantEdge Technology Inc here at Port HUeneme supporting the Department of the Navy (DON).
Experience with Excel
I have prior experience with Excel for data tracking and reporting.
Experience with R, Python, PowerBI, & Tableau
I have beginner level experience with analytic tools and programming. I am starting to learn R in MSBA 580 this summer, and I have also been exposed to Python through my MSBA coursework. I am still at the beginner level, but I am becoming more familiar with how these tools are used for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
Experience with other analytic software
I have prior experience with general office and other BI software. While I am still developing my analytics software skills, I am comfortable learning new systems and applying them to improve workplace processes.
