Hi, I’m a Business Analytics student at CSU Channel Islands (CSUCI). My current objective is to learn as much as I can about emerging and relevant programming languages and technologies. My career goal is to lead my current team in adopting AI-driven solutions and advancing the next generation of reporting and business intelligence development.

Academic Background

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from California State University Channel Islands. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics, where I am developing advanced skills in data analysis, business intelligence, and emerging analytical technologies.

Professional Background

I am a senior banking and financial services leader with over 37 years of experience specializing in reporting, data analytics, process automation, project management, and operational leadership. Throughout my career, I have led high-performing teams, developed scalable reporting solutions, and driven business transformation initiatives across multiple lines of business.

Experience with Excel

I have used Excel at work since 1990.

Experience with R, Python, PowerBI, & Tableau

I have nearly 10 years of experience with Tableau, some experience with Python and I am new to R and PowerBI.

Experience with other analytic software

In my current role as Senior Vice President, Client Reporting Manager II, I lead the development of automated reporting using SQL, Python, BTEQ, Alteryx, Tableau and Strategy(formerly MicroStrategy)
