Open-Ended Feedback

What Was the Best Part of the Workshop?

  • Being here around people

  • The best part of the workshop today was the people. The people that put it on, the ones who helped and the ones who came out. It was quite joyous to share actual helpful tools to advance and better our community and individual souls.

  • Learning new skills

  • The best part of the day was the information that was given. The information that was given, gave me a much more clearer outlook on what trauma does and how stress can impact your life.

  • Learning the bitterfly hug it was simple but worked really good for me.

  • The energy ⭐️ everyone was having a great time.

  • Friendly and welcoming

  • All the facilitators were very supportive and knowledgeable. I feel confident that I now have help and support in my situation of caring for my great grandson of 3 1/2 years old, more than full time.

  • My kids lived the art projects and music. It was fun to talk to supportive professionals

  • Seeing the community come together

  • The energy community brings.

  • Everyone was so loving, it was well organized and everyone enjoyed themselves so much.

Suggestions for Future Improvement

  • Keep doing what u are doing

  • QUIET music! It was too much for such a small space. Too loud and overwhelming

  • Getting the message out more that there is a workshop.

  • No roadwork

  • Overall, the workshop was great. I wouldn’t change anything..

  • Maybe if more people were attending it would bring community more together.

  • No road construction! Sorry there was that terrible barrier as the pilot car and detours were unclear and unfavorable- but nonetheless the event was a success!

  • Activities for kids within eye distance so that kids can be near parents and not be pulled away to the kids station outside during the exercises and presentations

  • I think the whole event was very well done and organized.

  • More advertising to get more people

  • Knowing the street conditions

  • Larger space…to accommodate additional attendees.

  • NA- more of the same, it was really nice. Hope more people will attend next time
