Hepatitis C merupakan tantangan kesehatan global yang memerlukan pemantauan parameter biokimia darah secara akurat untuk mendeteksi tingkat kerusakan hati. Laporan ini menyajikan analisis komparatif dari lima algoritma clustering yaitu K-Means, K-Median, Hierarchical Clustering, DBSCAN, dan Fuzzy C-Means—untuk memetakan segmentasi profil medis pasien secara.
Dataset yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah “HCV Data” yang bersumber dari UCI Machine Learning Repository, dapat diakses melalui tautan berikut:https://archive.ics.uci.edu/dataset/571/hcv+data Dataset ini mencakup 615 observasi dengan fitur-fitur biokimia krusial seperti enzim hati dan kadar protein plasma.Dengan memanfaatkan teknik Principal Component Analysis (PCA) untuk reduksi dimensi dan Silhouette Score sebagai metrik evaluasi utama, proyek ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model yang paling representatif dalam membedakan kondisi kesehatan pasien, mulai dari donor sehat hingga indikasi komplikasi medis yang lebih berat. —
