Project Description



Project:

Little is known regarding the outcomes of and barriers to medical genetics evaluation and genetic testing in the adult patient population. This is a retrospective study of over 8,000 patient visits to the University of Pennsylvania Health System’s Adult Medical Genetics clinic from October 1, 2016 to October 1, 2024. This study was conducted at the University of Pennsylvania and approved by the University of Pennsylvania’s Institutional Review Board (protocol number 850058).
