Hello! My name is Rachel Hernandez, and I am a current senior at UTSA. My majors are Operation & Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics. I am a veteran and was enlisted in the Army for 4 years.

Professional Background
Currently work for UTSA as a student assistant for the Business Contracts Office, where I handle and process different contract types like service, construction, athletic, etc.
Worked for a summer as a Customer Service Representative at Wells Fargo, where I engaged with customers over the phone to answer inquires and resolve issues regarding financial products and services.
Enlisted in the US Army for 4 years. I was a mechanic and cross trained as a logistics specialist. I ensured that equipment was mission ready by diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicles. I also managed the logistics operations and inventory for my unit.
Experience with R and Data Mining
I have minimal experience with R. It was used for my MS 3083 Data Management, where we used it to organized data and do minimal cleaning.
Experience with other analytic software
Other programs I have experience with are SAS Enterprise Guide and Tableau. We have used them for MS 3073 and MS 3003.
