OBJECTIVE

The objective of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of eof different vaccination vaccine doses vaccine against Dermanyssus gallinae (Red Mite) when administered to commercial laying hens of white lineage, through population evaluation of the mite in aviaries.

Dynamics of mites in the aviary

  • Number of mites per trap of each group over time

In this first analysis, we have a dynamic representation in the form of a gif. This graphic representation contains the mite count data in each of the group’s traps in each sampling. Each circumference represents a trap, and the size of the circumference represents a frequency class of mites in the traps.

  • Means and standard errors per group by sampling

Below we can observe the mean ± standard error of the number of mites at each sampling week.

  • Models per group by week

Below we can observe the number of mites by week of sampling.

  • Mean dynamics of mites over time by group

Below we present the temporal dynamics of the mean number of mites per group, with standard error bars. This visualization allows comparison of the effectiveness of each treatment over time.

  • Mean and Standard Errors of the number of mites throughout the sample period

Below, the mean ± standard error of the number of mites in each group, regardless of time, can be seen.

  • Predators in the aviary

The cumulative percentage and frequency of other arthropods found in traps regardless of time can be observed.
