Pilot Testing

15 C&I (Dr. O. Agboola) · 30 SME (Nnamdi) · 60 HH (Orakwe + Okpe, 30 each) · 5 Fleet (Oziegbe) completed before full deployment in Week 4. Instruments refined based on pilot findings.

GPS Geocoding

All face-to-face interviews (C&I + Fleet) geocoded via tablet GPS. Confidence Iwuh is responsible for logging and custody of all GPS records.

10% Callback Verification

Random 10% of all survey tiers re-contacted. Min. 80% consistency on key variables. Owner: Confidence Iwuh, supervised by Chinedu Okoro.

Completion Time Monitoring

Digital responses (SME CAWI, HH WhatsApp/SMS/web) flagged if <50% or >200% of median completion time. Managed by cluster leads.

Daily Supervisor Review

Minimum 5 surveys per enumerator per day reviewed. Face-to-face tiers only. Chinedu Okoro receives daily field reports from all cluster leads.

Week 8 Independent QA Audit

Condition for Tranche 2 payment release. Prof. Bongo Adi signs off. All cluster leads provide documentation. Triggered at Milestone M2.
