Percent of Persons who reported a decrease in substance use (Comparison of All Participants’ Baseline to their Most Recent Reported Use)

First set of code looks at percentage decrease in substance use by comparing all participants’ initial reported use as the baseline (# of days reported using in the last week, data source= participant intake form) and compares it to their most recent data that we have for them (# of days reported using in the last week on the most recent participant meeting form for each participant, data soiurce= participant meeting form).
