Introduction

This report outlines a mixed-methods approach to develop an evidence-based integrated HIV Prevention and care plan. By incorporating the synthesis of survey responses from both healthcare providers and the communities they serve, this framework ensures that our strategic priorities are rooted in actual community needs and addresses systemic barriers.
