Question: What does the alpha command do and how does it help with overplotting? The alpha command changes the visibility of the data points with a lower alpha value being more transparent.
Question: Based on what you see, what are the risks and benefits of using geom_jitter? The benefits are that it is much easier to see each point as jittering eliminates overlaps between data points.
