R Markdown

This is an R Markdown document. Markdown is a simple formatting syntax for authoring HTML, PDF, and MS Word documents. For more details on using R Markdown see http://rmarkdown.rstudio.com.

When you click the Knit button a document will be generated that includes both content as well as the output of any embedded R code chunks within the document. You can embed an R code chunk like this:

Including Plots

library(readr)
data <- read_csv('grapeJuice.csv')
## New names:
## Rows: 30 Columns: 6
## ── Column specification
## ──────────────────────────────────────────────────────── Delimiter: "," dbl
## (6): ...1, Sales, price, ad_type, price_apple, price_cookies
## ℹ Use `spec()` to retrieve the full column specification for this data. ℹ
## Specify the column types or set `show_col_types = FALSE` to quiet this message.
## • `` -> `...1`
#Let's perform a histogram analysis
hist(data$price,main='histogram plot for grape data',xlab='price',prob=T)
lines(density(data$price),lty='dashed',lwd=2.5, col='blue')

Note that the echo = FALSE parameter was added to the code chunk to prevent printing of the R code that generated the plot.
