Introduction
I am a Clinical Chemist and Associate Professor at the University of
Cincinnati College of Medicine, where I focus on improving laboratory
quality and patient safety through data analysis and process
improvement. My work spans chemistry and toxicology testing,
point-of-care diagnostics, and quality systems for clinical
laboratories. I became interested in data analytics as a way to use
laboratory data to identify areas for process improvement within the
laboratory. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, especially experimenting
with herbs and vegetables. I am excited to build my skills in data
wrangling and reporting through this course.
