Introduction to Me

My name is Amy. I work full time as a Salesforce system administrator in the nonprofit sector and just began the Data Analytics graduate certificate at the University of Cincinnati. I am a born and raised Northern Kentuckian.

Professional Background

I am currently part of the Data & Evaluation team at Brighton Center, a community-based nonprofit in Northern Kentucky. My primary function is the system administrator of our Salesforce database, but I also contribute to other projects related to data and evaluation.

Experience with R

This class is my first time using R; however, I already had limited understanding of some applications from supervising a volunteer project at work that involved R and being friends who works in a science lab analyzing data with R.

Experience with other analtic software

For my job, I have been building reports in Salesforce for over six years and I also utilize Microsoft Excel to perform some analysis. I also recently gained experience using Tableau Prep Builder.

Additionally, in 2025 I participated in the Data Analytics pathway of Code:You, where I learned the basics of Python, SQL, and Tableau.
