rTMS–ASD–MDD
Participants consented were identified using the recruitment REDCap project and defined as records with documented informed consent.
Participants enrolled were defined as unique records present in the rTMS REDCap study database.
Participants completed were identified as those who met protocol-defined completion criteria, including completion of the full 12-week rTMS treatment and required post-treatment assessments.
Participants dropped out were defined as individuals with a completed termination form indicating premature termination who did not meet completion criteria.
Participants in protocol were defined as enrolled participants who were not classified as completed or dropped out at the time of data extraction, representing individuals actively progressing through the study or with pending assessments. Please note that this number may be inflated as the termination checklist may have not been completed for a number of participants.
SPIN-ASD
Participants consented were identified using the SPIN-ASD recruitment REDCap project and required documented informed consent.
Participants enrolled were defined as unique records present in the SPIN-ASD study database.
Participants completed were defined as participants with required neuroimaging and neuropsychological assessments completed, including MRI and RMET forms, as well as completion of all protocol-required assessments.
Participants dropped out were identified using completed termination forms for participants who did not meet completion criteria.
Participants in protocol were defined as enrolled participants who had not yet completed all required assessments and were not classified as dropped out at the time of data extraction. Please note that this number may be inflated as the termination checklist may have not been completed for a number of participants.
SPIN-R
Participants consented were identified using the SPIN-R recruitment REDCap project and required documented informed consent.
Participants enrolled were defined as unique records present in the SPIN-R study database across all study arms.
Participants completed were defined as participants who completed required baseline MRI and neuropsychological assessments, including RMET, according to protocol specifications.
Participants dropped out were identified using completed termination forms for participants who did not meet completion criteria.
Participants in protocol were defined as enrolled participants who had initiated the study but had not yet completed all required assessments and were not classified as dropped out at the time of data extraction. Please note that this number may be inflated as the termination checklist may have not been completed for a number of participants.
SPIN-APS
Participants enrolled were defined as non-test records present in the SPIN-APS study dataset.
Participants completed were defined as participants with completed PET imaging and required study assessments.
Participants in protocol were defined as enrolled participants who had not yet completed PET imaging at the time of data extraction.
Consent and dropout classifications are not tracked within the SPIN-APS study dataset and are therefore not reported.
Notes
Participant counts reflect the study status at the time of data extraction. Individuals are classified into a single category per study to ensure no “double dipping”
