I was offered a junior role after graduation. I held en ES-02 role at the agency. I co-led and participated a few projects:
Time series analysis and forecasting for the litigation workload
GBA+ analysis for the Taxpayer’s relief program
I designed and implemented the statistical methods. Additionally, I drafted the manuscript and the presentation slides.
A presentation was given to an audience of over 150 at the agency through a research network. Participants were primarily at the ES-03 and ES-04 levels, including quantitative analysts, data scientists, compliance analysts, program evaluators, and policy analysts

I worked closely with the Litigation Program team and the CPP-EI Program team on various reports, including recurring reports and ad-hoc reports. The reports I produced were replicable, easy to understand, and traceable with past records
