• After my tenure at Bruyère Health, I joined CHEO as a Business Systems Analyst

Programmer Analyst at Bruyère Health

• After my tenure at the CRA, I started working at Bruyère as a programmer analyst

• Participated in a budget system integration project, primarily working as a report writer using IBM Cognos (UKG Pro)

Research & Analysis Officer at the Canada Revenue Agency

• From June 2024- March 2025

• I was offered a junior role after graduation. I held en ES-02 role at the agency. I co-led and participated a few projects:

1. Time series analysis and forecasting for the litigation workload

2. GBA+ analysis for the Taxpayer’s relief program

• I designed and implemented the statistical methods. Additionally, I drafted the manuscript and the presentation slides.

• A presentation was given to an audience of over 150 at the agency through a research network. Participants were primarily at the ES-03 and ES-04 levels, including quantitative analysts, data scientists, compliance analysts, program evaluators, and policy analysts

• A professional research report is expected to be submitted soon
