1b(ii)

The overall feeling towards the hotel is mostly positive, with nice, clean and beautiful being the most common words used to describe it. The main complaints were to do with price and overcrowding, however when we compare those to the positive reviews, we can understand that price or overcrowding did not prohibit the majority of people from enjoying their stay, therefore ruling out the posibility of most customers not being satisfied with the cost of their stay.

The lagoon reviews essentially describe how great the condition of the rooms were and what great views there were, and especially noted how friendly the staff were, making check in and customer service impeccable.

The Rainbow Tower reviews were fairly positive, with customers being happy with the view as well as the comfy beds and clenlieness of the rooms.

Recommendations for Mcdonalds Judging by the top 10 terms per topic, we can see that customer service could definitely be as we see when we look into topic 6 and 7, customer sevice trainig is an advised action for this mcdonalds. Topic 5 indicates that drive thru waiting times might be too long, they could offer another drive thru lane to solve this. Topic 9 indicates that there might be cleanlinesss issues, so I would recommend that they do a full clean of the place more frequently.
