Analysis:

• The majority of Employees are between 0.40 and 0.93 satisfaction level.
• 918 Employees are highly dissatisfied.

Question 2: Box Plot: Last Evaluation Scores

Analysis:

• The Last evaluation showed an even distribution among employees’ satisfaction levels.
• The Majority (50%) of Employees fell between 0.56 and 0.87.
• There is no glaring problem with employee satisfaction levels.

Question 3: Comparative Box Plot: Monthly Hours by Department

Analysis:

• All Departments Have Consistently High Monthly Average Hours
• Management and IT are the two departments with a higher concentration of long workers.
• We cannot assume low satisfaction levels could be a result from one department being overworked.

Question 4: Pie Chart of Frequencies: Attrition by Salary Level

Analysis:

• There are not enough incentive for low salary workers.
• 60.8% of the people who leave are the ones with low salary.

Question 5: Bar Plot of Averages: Average Satisfaction by Department

Analysis:

• All Departments have similar satisfaction levels.
• Management and R&D have the Highest Average Employee Satisfaction.
