Main motion to adopt the College of Health and Human Service DEIA Collective mission statement:

The College of Health and Human services Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Collective is a community of faculty committed to fostering equity, inclusion, and justice across our college. We work to ensure that all students, faculty, and staff feel affirmed, supported, and empowered to succeed. By centering diverse voices, cultivating cultural humility, and challenging systems of inequity, we strive to create a culture of belonging and accountability. Our mission is to integrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility into the heart of our teaching, research, service, and community engagement so that we may truly prepare critical thinkers and compassionate professionals dedicated to improving health and human services for all.
