How to run

If your folder is elsewhere, supply the full path.

Replace with your data

Open app.R and replace the dummy df tibble with your longitudinal data. Keep these column names so visuals work without edits:

county, site, wave, km_status, gender, herd_size, vacc_cov, mortality, offtake_sales,
age_slaughter, income_livestock_share, hfias, rcsi, credit_access, women_decision,
women_training, ndvi, adaptive_coping

Notes

• All filters (left sidebar) apply across tabs.
• Value boxes & charts update reactively.
• Add more cards/plots per your indicator list.
