Who is Garrett Williford?

I’m Garrett Williford, a Business Analytics Major at UTSA, set to graduate in Spring 2026! I have a passion for country music and dancing, along with an interest in woodworking and coding.

Academic Background

• Texas A&M University Corpus Christi - I got my associates in business at TAMUCC and transferred to UTSA to continue my bachelors
• UTSA - Continuing transfer student, seeking a bachelors in Business Analytics by the end of Spring 2026

Professional Background

Graduating from high school I moved into the HVAC business with my father, and remained there until 2021 when I decided to pursue a high education due to my interest in coding and general computer software. Currently I work as a lead at HEB until I graduate, deciding whether or not to move up in the company based on the next year of business!

Relevant Experience

I have experience with R coding due to my previous classes. I am quite proficient in it in some respects but hope to continue improving my ability to manipulate big data more efficiently. I also have experience in other coding software due to my previous classes, as well as auxiliary research in my own time. I have listed my current skills below!
