Who am I?

Hi! I’m Ngoc Minh Duc (Steven) Trinh, based in
San Antonio, Texas. I’m a Business Analytics student who enjoys
data-driven problem solving, customer-focused operations, and clear,
visual communication.
Personal Background
I’m fascinated by how analytics can improve day-to-day operations and
long-term strategy. I have experience tutoring business courses, working
in retail eCommerce operations, and supporting student services. I like
balancing technical work (R, SAS, Excel) with people-facing roles and
teamwork. Outside of class, I enjoy photography and volunteering.
