My professional background is rooted in the banking industry, where I have gained valuable experience working with both clients and financial operations. Through my roles, Customer Experience Banker for Huntington National Bank, I have developed a strong understanding of customer service, transaction processing, financial advising, analyzing, research, and the importance of maintaining accuracy in financial records. This work has strengthened my ability to manage details under pressure and taught me the significance of trust and integrity in the financial sector.

Experience with R

I do not have any experience with R. I am especially excited about learning R programming, as it will allow me to deepen my understanding of analytics and apply it to real-world challenges.

Experience with other analytic software

I had an experience using Tableau in terms of both technical skills and business or analytical value. I learned to create interactive charts, dashboards, and reports. Connecting multiple data sources and creating clear, user-friendly dashboards helps with decision-making.
