Hello! My name is Natalie Youngquist and I am a current graduate student in University of Cincinnati’s Business Analytics program. I enjoy using data to answer questions and solve problems. Outside of studying, I enjoy taking Pilates and yoga classes. I have recently started following tennis and watched almost every US Open singles match. I also enjoy travelling and some highlights include Australia, The United Kingdom, and Portugal.
B.A. in English Literature (Cedarville University, Cedarville, OH)
Prior to being a student, I spent a year as a data analyst, using SQL to convert client data from Excel files to new databases.
I also spent a year and a half as a user tester and eight years in wealth management client services.
I am a complete newbie to R. I have never used it before this class.
I used SQL to perform data conversions, and I had some basic knowledge of Java from full stack development. While that is not analytical usage, but it has helped me understand the principles of coding languages that hopefully will help me understand R more quickly.
