Introduction to me!

Synopsis

Hi, I’m Yumi. I am from Brazil and I currently live in Cincinnati. I have an engineering background and have worked with financial information and business intelligence most of my life. Because of my carrier journey using data, I chose to increase my knowledge in this subject with the Data Analytics graduation program. Below you’ll find more information about me.

Academic Background

• B.S in Science and Technology (Federal University of ABC, Sao Paulo, Brazil)
• B.S in Urban and Environmental Engineering (Federal University of ABC, Sao Paulo, Brazil)

Professional Background

Currently I am a Senior Audit Associate at Kelmar Associates, an unclaimed property solutions company, and some of my activities include:

• Audit reviews of holders financial information
• Receive support submission from holders and prepare refinement of populations
• Communicate with holders and guarantee that the processes are correct and deadlines are met

Previously, I was a Business Intelligence Analyst at Itau, the largest bank of Latin America, in Brazil.

Experience with R and other analytic softwares

I have no experience with R. The software that I have some experience are: SAS, SQL and Tableau.
