Hello! I am Sunidhi Sharma, currently pursuing my
Master of Science in Business Analytics (MS-BANA) at
the University
of Cincinnati.
I am passionate about applying data-driven insights to
transform complex datasets into clear, actionable strategies that inform
decision-making.
Before graduate school, I worked in talent analytics, recruitment optimization, and workforce planning with Infosys, Korn Ferry, and Publicis Sapient. In these roles, I combined business context with analytics tools to design dashboards, build predictive models, and automate reporting systems that improved hiring efficiency and workforce diversity.
Now, I am expanding my technical expertise in R, Python, SQL, Tableau, and GitHub to prepare for advanced data science and analytics roles in the technology and financial sectors.

MarkdownAnalytics excites me because it blends problem-solving,
critical thinking, and storytelling.
I enjoy uncovering patterns in data, questioning assumptions, and
presenting insights in ways that drive action.
Having worked at the intersection of human capital and data, I’ve seen how analytics can solve real business challenges — from improving hiring pipelines to predicting employee turnover. My graduate studies are sharpening these skills for broader applications in finance, technology, and consulting.
My long-term goal is to contribute as a data scientist or analytics professional in top-tier organizations, bringing together my business background and technical expertise to deliver measurable impact.
