Introduction

Hey, My name is Jessie Reynolds! I am a student at the University of Cincinnati pursuing my M.S. in Business Analytics . I am from Fort Thomas in Northern Kentucky, but have lived in Lexington for the past 4 years while I was in undergrad. I am glad to be back home for the next year! Outside of academics, I love going to concerts/listening to music and making art!

Professional Background

For the past year and a half, I have been an intern on the Data Management Team at Mercer. At my internship I clean and analyze compensation data in Excel, making sure companies submitted their data correctly and that there are no outliers. We report averages and medians for different jobs across various industries. Companies then use these results to help determine how they should be paying their employees.

Experience with R

I have used R now for over 2 years. All of my Data Analytics classes in undergrad utilized R and I have also used to for a few math classes.

Other Languages
