Hello! I’m a customer value management professional with nearly 4 years of experience applying data analysis and product management to enhance customer lifetime value and drive strategic growth. My background includes leading initiatives, where I developed skills in data-driven decision-making, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. I was born and raised in Egypt and now live in Cincinnati, Ohio, where I am pursuing my master’s degree.

Currently, I am a full-time master’s student in Business Analytics at the University of Cincinnati, where I am also pursuing a graduate certificate in AI for Business. Previously, I spent nearly 4 years as a Customer Value Management Specialist at Vodafone Egypt, where I focused on enhancing customer lifetime value and driving strategic initiatives.

My day-to-day work included:

  • Analyzing customer data to uncover behavioral patterns and opportunities for growth
  • Conducting A/B testing and campaign performance analysis
  • Creating dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and campaign performance
  • Communicating insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. This experience strengthened my skills in data analysis, product strategy, and stakeholder communication, while shaping my passion for using data to solve complex business challenges.
