## [6] "I am a chronic pain disease patient with limited capacity to climb stairs. I often have limited institutional support because although having a debilitating disease I am not in a wheelchair and can walk acceptably if not in slope areas. Nevertheless, I suffer from extended tiredness and chronical pain, but as it is not visible to common eye, the institution strictly follows the law and I often have problems with the parking of my car. I also have a hereditary hearing disease with severe hearing loss, but there is seldom accommodation of this in meetings and other things. Over time, attention to this has been increasing, but it is still quite difficult. The health services advised me to do not disclose my conditions to my employer under to avoid potential discrimination. I make a special effort for inclusivity at all levels, of all minority groups as much as possible. My action was supposed to be funded by contract, but this has not yet happened, so it is my work and that of four other colleagues, on a voluntary basis, that is advancing the project."
