We can see how the cost of property has increased over time. The most recently built houses/properties are the costliest.

We can observe that high family income group is prevalent in the high property value. This is represented in the top right region of the plot below.
As evident, presence of children in the household can be attributed to an increase in electricity consumpltion.
Also, we can say that age group of children does not influence the electricity consumption charges.
