Between January and April 2025, our site has observed a significant number of clients who remain eligible for retesting, indicating potential gaps in adherence to service delivery protocols, timely follow-ups, or data quality. This presents a challenge to both program efficiency and client outcomes, necessitating targeted efforts to address the root causes and improve performance.
Goal Statement:By the end of September 2025, our team aims to reduce the proportion of clients eligible for retesting by at least 75% through enhanced service delivery, improved tracking mechanisms, and strengthened client engagement strategies.
Number of AGYW currently elligible for a retest = 723
