I tried to roughly follow the map you drew in the spread sheet

I chose to be more inclusive and include any zone that touches the study area. However, there are 2 zones which could be dropped.

I did choose to drop one zone, zone 1364 as it barely intersects the study area.

Block Group Break Down

The block groups are slightly larger than the TAZs, which are made up of census blocks. I was again inclusive and included any blockgroup that touches the study area.

There are a few block groups worth highlighting.

Lines up almost exactly with TAZ 1282. Though the water is removed for the TAZ.

Block Group 121030254073

This one could be dropped as a large section of the area in the study area is a retention pond.

Block Group 121030245103

This block group has the same geometry as zone 1364 and was dropped for similar reasons.
