By systematically documenting field activities, the Monthly Reporting Form serves as both a reflection of grassroots engagement and a foundation for evidence-based improvements in program implementation.

We used the Interquartile Range (IQR) method to detect outliers. This method identifies the range within which the middle 50% of the data values lie, helping to understand the spread of the central portion of the dataset and flag values that fall significantly outside this range as outliers.
