• Convert the data into csv format in R

• Select protein data from the data

• Make a table for protein which include observation, missing value, SD, missing value percentage

• Make histogram for the missing values

• Read paper about missing value Decide the cutoff value based on the observation which is around 5~6%

#June 23rd meeting to talk about finding from previous week

• Decide the cutoff value be 10% which include extra 4 more proteins

• Task: Calculate spearman rank correlation of the prs for each protein
