This report verifies the NACC UDS Monthly Report for the “Enrollment” section (I), and the “Packets with errors or unverified alerts” section (VII).
Each section of this certification report compares the numbers from the NACC freeze report to data currently in Mesulam Center Databases.
A “verified” green icon will appear next to each match between the freeze report and the data stored in Mesulam center databases.
A “discrepancy” red icon will appear next to any discrepancies between the freeze report and Mesulam Center data.
The freeze report is “certified” when this certification report contains only verified badges, indicating no discrepancies.
In addition to verifying the numbers in the UDS freeze report, this report also provides information information about data that is currently stored in Mesulam Center databases that has not been uploaded to NACC. The last table of the report provides the reasons for why this data is not yet in NACC.
This section reports enrollment numbers, neuropath numbers, and FTLD
numbers for enrolled subjects with ADC IDs and should mirror section I
of the UDS Freeze Report

Section VII of the NACC UDS Monthly Report reports on the number of
packets (visits) submitted less than 6 months ago or more than 6 months
ago. Each category is broken out by packet (initial, in-person
follow-up, telephone follow-up). This section is used to verify the
total number of visits administered by whether each packet has been
finalized in NACC by adding the reported numbers from within 6 months
and more than 6 months ago and subtracting the packets in error.
