## More staff and regular staff.
## More time allocated to different needs.
## More of the CAMHS staff in the team so they could see even more of us at Clayfields.
## A lot more staff as there is nowhere near enough regular staff.
## Having more CAMHS nurses and those other nurses when I'm feeling unwell.
## For the staff to have a better understanding rather than being constantly critical.
## To feel staff are less judgemental so I am able to utilise the services offered.
## More regular staff to help me with exercise. I feel like there are more groups and help. If you have an eating disorder.
## Friendly staff and patients.
## To be given a say in what happens to you. Even if you're an informal patient, you don't get any say. You can put forward your opinions and what you want, but the staff do what they want anyway!
## For staff to know more about ASD
## It was all very good. I was only at Clayfields a short time but the CAMHS staff seemed to know how to talk to me and could talk to them which really helped a lot.
## Would like staff to change clothes which are sent in and not leave me with same clothes on for a couple of days.
## Nothing, but I think it would help to have more staff.
## For all staff to have less case load and be able to spend more time with individuals.
## More workers so don't have to wait.
## 1 to 1 time.
## More staff to deal with your problems.
## Nothing the service was great - The staff make your stay as pleasant as possible.
## Nothing it clean, and staff fantastic.
## That there was more staff on shift so you get more one to one care.
## All staff should be aware and up to date with the benefits system. Take into account most of us on welfare are really struggling- cuts in payments, losing our homes etc.
## More funding! Due to government cuts and targets the services and support has suffered despite the best efforts of all staff.
## Less bank staff (however X was lovely)
## Accessibility to staff
